BTEAYING STOCK. A aittingi of the New Plymouth Magistrate's t Court yesterday was presided over by Mr. T. A. B. Bailey, S.M. On the information of the ranger for the Taranafci County (Mr. Ben. Tippens) charges were brought against the following for allowing cattle to stray on the county roads, and fines were imposed in each case* —John Rowan, Frederick Buckthought, and Eriwhata, 20s and costs; H. H. Peters, G. Bennett, P. 01-
sen, E. A. Laurent, George Hill, Joseph Finnerty, 10s and costs. UNATTENDED MOTOR. For leaving a motor car in the street for more than five minutes without leaving anyone in attendance, and not properly shutting off the engine of the car, a young man named Milne was fined ss.
