CHARGE OF BREAKING AND ENTERING. Opotiki, Last Night. Frank Bailer, at the police court yesterday, pleaded guilty to four charges of breaking and entering. Accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. CLAIM FOR LODGINGS AGAINST THE ""oxvN. Wellington, Last Night. , Judge Edwards gave judgment for Mn, Annie Baker, licensee of the Clarendon Hotel, Palmerston North, for the full amount of £7O 17s Od, which she claimed from the Crown for the borad and lodgings of John F. McDonald, railway shunter, who had been transferred to Palmerston North and was unable to get a house.
