In the Supreme Court, reserved judgment was given by Mr. Justice Hosking in the appeal case'of Michel Moyniiian. hotelkeeper, Shannon, against conviction for selling liquor after hours. His Honor dismissed the appeal. DAMAGES IN DIVORCE CASE. Auckland, Feb. 28. In the Supreme Court, in the divorce case George Augustus Reed v. Thelma Reed and Alexander Don, co-respondent a decree nisi was granted on the wife's 'admission of misconduct during her husband's absence at the war. The jury awarded £3OO damages against co-re-spondent.
