The Daily Chronicle says the Home Rule Bill abandons County option and substitutes a clean cut of the six Ulster Counties. The Labor Party is tabling an amendment in favor of no partition of Ireland. The Labor delegation's report favors a full measure of Dominion self-Govern-menf, with provisional protection of minorities, or a Constituent Assembly elected on a system of proportional representation to decide a form of self-govern-ment,, questions of defence and foreign relations to be reserv I to the Imperial Parliament.—Aus.-N.Z.
