PRACTICALLY AFLOAT. Bf Telegraph.—Press Association. Opotiki, Feb. 27. The scow Teteko arrived yesterday with heavy anchors and hawsers. These were laid at low water yesterday and waning lines attached to the Ngatiawi 8 winches. The result was that r.t high tide the steamer was brought to the edge of the channel. The steamer is now practically afloat and is expected to berth at the wharf at noon to-day. 1 ,1,1 .j_HI"
