Baron von Schift'er is expediting the trial of war criminals, which, he say 3, is not due to the Allies' dictation, liut because Germany's sense of honor demanded that the guilty should be punished. The evidence of witnesses outside Germany would be taken abroad. The alleged criminals not surrendering rill be arrested— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
