ENTERTAINMENTS.

EVERYBODY'S. NORMA TALMADGE IN "DE LUXE ANNIE. "De Luxe Annie," in which Norma Talmadge gives us a veritable triumph of impersonation, is vastly .iiff.jrant from the usual ''crook" play. It lias a decided psychological twist, this story of a finely-bred woman whose husband is interested in criminal psychology, and who is herself transformed into a criminal by accident. The role of Nan calls for not only beauty, style, and a high order of artistry, but also for innata intelligence vouchsafed to but few of us. For these reasons Norma Talmadge is ideally suited to the part. iSlie brings out every shade of emotional feeling in her portrayal, lifting it far out of the commonplace by force of her vivid personality and charm. It is the greatest, of all her difficult roles, and should add greatly to her no mean fame. ''De Luxe Annie" shows at Everybody's for the last time to-night. THE PEOPLE'S. MACK SENNETT AND' BRYANT WASHBURN. To-night's new bill at tlr> People's presents the popular male star, Bryant Washburn, in Paramount's latest coraedy-drama, "The Poor Boob." It is said to be a play containing many new and novel situations in comedy and the cast includes Raymond Hatton, Wanda Hawley, Theodore Roberts and Charles Ogle. The big Mac!: Sennett Menagerie comedy, "Hearts and Flowers," provides two reels of fast moving fun, and the bill includes the latest Gazette.
