LATEST DEVELOPMENT. STEAMER FOR THE EAST SAILS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright, Received Feb. 22, 5-5 p.m. Sydney, Feb. 22. - The latest development of the shipping strike is that the steamer Mataram ieft port with a full cargo and passengers for Singapore. The move was so well covered that the executive of the Engineers' Institute was not aware where the engineers were obtained.
