The Coal Conference has concluded its deliEerations, and the Prime Minister announces that.a settlement has been reached on all the questions in dispute. The terms of the settlement are not available yet. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) Wellington, Last Night. The draft agreement readied by thd Coal Conference has to be referred to the Miners' Unions, and in the meantime the terms are not available. Both parties acknowledge the efforts of the Prime Minister, who presided over the discussions for nine days.
