THE MEETING IN CANADA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Feb. 10. Elaborate arrangements are being made in Canada for the tour of the Empire Press Union delegates and the forthcoming conference at Ottawa. The delegation will leave Liverpool on July 17 and return in the middle of September, It will consist of 100 proprietors and editors of leading journals from all parts of the Empire. The tour will comprise the principal centres, enabling the visitors to make'a first hand study of Canadian conditions. Lord Burnham is chairman of the United Kingdom Press delegation and the Dominions will be well represented.
