CANTERBURY MARKETS. Christchurch, Feb. 17., Offerings of wheat- to merchants continue in small quantities. Samiples so far have been fair, there being cvldencos of smut In a number of them. The fields are reportd to be very satisfactory and quito three to five bushels better than anticipated six weeks ago.
