CHARGES FOR BURGLARY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, Feb. IS. Detective M'Leod arrested a young man named Frank Ballar, alias Frank Deune, on three charges of burglary at Opotoki, involving goods and cash to the value of £9B.
