The Allies' Conference is discussing whether Turkey's boundary bo the Chatalja line, or the Enos-Midiysd line.— Aus.-N.Z, Cable Assn. Chatalja is a vilayet of Turkey-in-Enrope, 25 miles north-west of Contantinople. Enos is a seaport at the mouth of the Mantga, 12 miles E.S.E. of Dede-Agaeh, European Turkey. Midiyad is a vilayet in Armenian Turkey.

It is reported from London that the Supreme Council on February hi decided in principle that the Sultan shall remain at Constantinople, but that rigorous military and naval control of the Dardanelles shall be established. Details of the control will lie settled by experts, including Marshal Foeh, who will begin their meetings on the Kith. The Allied Supreme Council has finally decided on the internationalization of the Dardanelles. M. Millerand, interviewed in London, said that while the Sultan retains the sovereignty of Constantinople he will probably not be permitted to. keep any army.
