DOMINION CONFERENCE. VISIT OF NORMAN ROSS. By Telegraph.—Press Associate. Auckland, Last Night. The conference of delegates from swimming ccniires throughout New Zealand was continued to-day. A sub-committee, appointed to consider matters in connection with the proposed visit of Norman Ross suggested the following Itinerary:—Wednesday, March 3; Dunedln; j Marcii 5, Chrlstciiurch; March 6, Wellington; March 8, Napier; March 10, Palmerston North; ! March 11, "Wanganul; March. 13...Hamilton*an3 j probably Rotorua; March 15, Auckland,' leaving for America ..the. same day. The four large centres would-have 'to contribute. £ls each, and South Auckland. Manawatu, Napier and Wanganul, £lO each. -The-report was adopted. ....... It was decided to recommend the Council to endeavor io make arrangements'for a visit of two or three Australian champion swimmers of botl< series during nexi season, the team to include, if possible, a fancy diver. I
I was decided to' ask the Council to alter its rules so that swimming records for ladles from 100' yards to' one mile could bo recbgnlsed.
