(From Our Own Correspondent). Feb. 13. The Waitara Tennis Club's courts were deserted on Thursday last, one team going to Inglewood, and the other to New Plymouth. The Inglevvood selection had a very creditable win, seeing that they were not used to asphalt courts. The totals were:—Waitara 12 sets and 95 games; Inglewood 7 sets and 84 games. The team that journeyed to New Plymouth met with defeat, the total being:—Park, 13 fi ets and 104 games; Waitara, 6 sets and "G games.
