TWO STEAMERS WRECKED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Feb. 15, 5.5 p.m. Constantinople, Feb. 15. Two further disasters to ships, carrying refugees from Odessa, are reported. The steamer Gregor grounded at Kylios. A hundred and fifty refugees Were taken off by the uae' of the rocket apparatus, as the steamer is breaking The Russian liner, Emperor Peter the Great, with seven hundred refugees on board, struck a mine.
