By TaleerADh,—rreiJ A»»B.-^opyt!ght Received Feb. 15, 5.5 p.m. London, Feb. 13, Sir Thomas Mackenzie (High Commit, sioner for New Zealand) states that the New Zealand staff has been overwhelmed with applications since Mr. Masßcy's'immigration announcement. Five hundred would-be immigrants are arriving at the office. daily, and the whole time is consumed in explaining that at least a year will elapse before a single immigrant can be carried, except several thousand domestics and nominated people, who wqre registered during the war. There were also dpmiciled New Zealanders urgently claiming passages to return home.—United Setvice.
