LOSSES OP JAPAN SMALL. By Telegraph Press Assn - Copyright. Received Feb. 13, 12.45 a.m. Washington, Feb. 12. A despatch from Tokio denies the reports that Japan's troops have been compelled to evacuate Northern Korea. The despatch states that only weak outlying posts have been taken by insurgent Koreans.
