ALLEGED FORGERY. By Telegraph —Pres.= Association. , Palmerston N., Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court Jerasmus Cambitsis, fish merchant, of Feilding, was committed for trial on a charge that at Palmerston North, on December 7th, 1910, knowing a bank note to be forged, he did cause Iris Stanley- to act upon the same a3 if it was genuine. THE RABBIT PEST. Napier, Feb. 9. In the Magistrate's Court Robert Anderson was fined £IOO for not destroying rabbits on his property. WILFUL MURDER. Dunedin, Feb. D.
