FIRE AT A CLUB.
OUTBREAK AT WELLINGTON. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A few minutes after four o'clock this morning a fire was discovered at the Central Club. It had a strong hold when the brigade arrived, and was only extinguished after two hours' work, Yhe damage to the building and contents was very extensive, but the library; the billiard room and the dining room were saved after serious damage hid, been caused.
