ON THE MARKET SOON. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Board of Trade states, concerning the standard boot scheme, that there are thirty-one boot manufacturers in the four centres of the Dominion, and from these nineteen applications to manufacture have been received, and fourteen (including some of the largest, manufacturer's in the Dominion) were granted permission. The manufacture of standard'boots is now in hand and they will be on the market within a week or two
