INDUSTRY OF GERMANY.
EXPLOITATION OF JUGO-SLAVIA. INDUSTRIAL BANK PROPOSED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Feb. 3, 9.15 p.m. Washington, Feb. 2. Word has reached here that the German Government is surreptitiously attempting to create an industrial bank at Belgrade, with a capital of 250,000,000 dinars, for the exploitation of Jugoslavia's forests and mineral deposits, in order to obtain raw material for German industries. It is reported the German Government is offering the Jugo-Slav Government fifty per cent, of the nett profits of the bank and volunteering aid in Jugo-Sla-via's reconstruction and the development of industries by water-power.=r-Aus.-N.Z.
