GERMAN SECURITIES.
RUSH OP FOREIGN APPLICATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Feb. 2, 2.50 p.m. Paris, Feb. 1. Le Matin's Berlin correspondent states that, owing to fhe fall of the mark and the influx of foreign applications for German securities being so great, the Berlin Stock Exchange was compelled to close on Saturday and, remains closed to-morrow. Enormous rises are reported, and German companies are striving to prevent colonial shares going to for-eigners.—Aus.-N-Z. Cable Assn.
