OUTBREAK ONLY MILD. JTO CAUSE FOR ALARM, 'The Health Department report that there is no occasion for alarm on account of the mild form of influenza prevalent, and deprecate any panic or promijancu being given to the visitation. They report that the whole situation from Auckland to the Bluff is well in hand, and so far reports are of a very; reassuring nature. The schools and col* leges in the North Island are, of course, remaining closed for the time being as a precautionary measure, and the' Department, profiting by its experience in the last epidemic, is well orgaajpHs - in the case of another outbreak.
