Roman Catholic bishops in Ireland have issued a. statement deploring the dangerous conditions existing in the country through oppression and the illadvised curtailment of national liberties. The Bishops declare one Tray of establishing friendly relations between England and Ireland is to allow undivided Ireland to choose its own form of government. The Bishops ask the people to combine and abstain from deeds oi bloodshed and prevent crime.—Reuter Service.
