STRIPPING POLISH TERRITORIES. By Teleeraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Jan. 27, 2.20 p.m. Warsaw, Jan. 22. There.are extremely strained relations between the Polish population and the German authorities in the re-oceupied territories. It is alleged that the Germans are exercising religious oppression, and also indulging in systematic industrial and economic destruction of territory, carrying off raw materials and agricultural products.
