THE EX-KAISER.
HIS UNCERTAIN FUTURE. NO DESIRE TO RETURN TO GERMANY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.~-Copyright. Received Jan. 20, 5.5 p.m. London, Jan. 25. The Berlin correspondent of the Morning Post reports that German newspapers are publishing the ex-Kaiser's letter to Prince Fuerstenburg, in which Wilhelm states he no longer wishes to return to Germany, where everybody, even Beth-mann-Hollweg, Ludendorff, and Tirpitz, have duped and abandoned him. He adds: "I suffer much in health. Pains in the right leg and arm have returned. I suffer still more owing to my uncertain future, and x hat is going to happen. I liars nothing favorable to hope for, since Nicholas' tragic end. The regard for Monarchial solidarity has disappeared from the world. Others believe ■they may have their thrones by abandoning me. Henry's and Victoria's appeals have died away without finding an echo."—Aus.-N.Z. Caßle Assn.
