THE POSITION UNCHANGED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Jan. 23, 2 p.m. Bombay, Jan. 22. The position in relation tc> the mill strike is unchanged. There are only minor disturbances, and some looting. The President of the Labor Settlement Committee states that the Governor is actively engaged in endeavoring to arrange a settlement by securing redress for the operatives' grievances.—Reuter Service.
