WOMAN THROWN FROM A TRAP. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchureh, Last Night. A horse attached to a gig, in which were riding Mrs. M. B. Miller, Mrs. E. Blogg, and Violet Ruth Miller, aged four years, daughter of J. W. Miller, ot of Chaney's, took fright while crossing White's Bridge, on the Kaiapoi Road, this afternoon, and swerving, caused Mrs. Blogg and the girl to be thrown out. The latter fell on the back of her head, and was killed instantly. Mrs. Blogg suffered severe shock and bruises.
