EVERYBODY'S. MARY MILES MINTER IN "POWERS THAT PREY." An entirely new programme will be presented at Everybody's to night for this one occasion "only. The principal attraction is a Mutual drama "Powers that Prey," a vivid picture of a newspaper fight against political grafters, and the principal role is taken by Mary Miles ?.Inter, who makes an enchanting little editress, if lacking in tlw journalistic knowledge required for the position. The power of the press in Mary's hands nearly causes a revolution, and, before her father comes back to rescue the paper from disaster, she succeeds in getting half the town by the ears. The story has much to recommend it in novelty of plot and rapidity of action. The supports include a two-reel Max Under comedy "Max Wants a Divorce."
