, To the Editor. Sir,—l see that there is likely to he a further rise in the price of tobacco. Has it ever, I wonder, struck these profiteers, that there Is likely to be a smokms' strike? There (ire some Individuals who cannot leave off smoking, hut there are thousands of men who even In these times are masters of themselves, and by their own will power can give up smoking at any time, and will do so it the price of tobacco rises as threatened.—l am, etc., SMOKER.
