The weather held good and the final matches proved interesting, if not exciting. Details:— Mon's Singles,—Fifth round: .1. T. Laurensou (Auckland) beat L. rtobson (Auckland), l>—-0, 4—6, 6—2, 6—3: C. A. Cuff (Te Arolia) boat J\ S. Wilding (Chrlstduirch), <i—3, 6—2 (Wilding retired). This left three lu the contest—Ollivier, Luurenson and Cuff. Ollivier had to play Cuff to get Into the final. Ollivier won, 6—3, o—3, 6—o. Final: Ollivier beat Laurenson, 6—-2, I—6, C—o. 7 5. Ladies' .Singles.—Final: Mrs. Hodges (Auckland) beat Miss McFariane (Auckland), 6—l, Men's Doubl'es.—Filial: Ollivier and Wildli.g (Christchuich) beat Allison and Gray (Duutdin), 10—S, o—2, T—s.
