A very enjoyable match was played at Uretiul on Tuesday between a team from Mr. Newton King's New Plymouth stall anil Tlienul, the country tencn two-lnulngs' match by 27 runs. The highest scorers for Urenul were: G. Bertrand 42 and S. Managh 14, whilst K. Kirk 25, W. Healy 14 and C. Pairbrother 12, were tho double figure scorers for Mr. King's team.
