The Cairo .correspondent of the Daily News says that the Milner Commission ® as accomplished much useful work examining the methods of the various government departments. Even the Nationalists are beginning to assist the Coimmsfion. The extremists insist on complete Egyptian independence, but the Commission hopes to arrange a treaty with which the Egyptian representative's will agree, possibly similar to the India Bill.
