African Party for the whole Union, announced the eetablishmemnt of ft per' manent council to advise the Premier in reference to native affaire, and also the retention- of the provincial council »Jt* tern, which all in all has been eucoasst ful. He foreshadowed the electrification of the railways, vast irrigation work*, and great industrial development. jHe reaffirmed the statement that the South African Party would go to the election* on their own legs, and he appealed to? all moderates for their support On hi* own and the Government's recordr-1-Reuter Service. The South Africa Party Congress un* animously adopted a strong resolution! against Bolshevism and undesirable immigration; also in favor of women's franchise.
