FIUME SETTLED.

D'ANNUNZIO MAKES HIS EXIT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrljht. Received Dec. 12, 7.45 p.m. London, Dee. S. The Milan correspondent of the Daily Telegraph states that it is reliably reported in regard to the Fiume trouble, that D'Annunzio is withdrawing from the town, which will be occupied by Italian regulars until the question is definitely settled in favor of Italy by international authorities. This is easier to arrange because money is lacking, to feed and clothe the ten to fifteen thousand volunteers attached to D'Annunzio, and public subscriptions from Italy have dried up.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn, Received Dec. 13, 12.5 a.m. Rome, Dec. 8. D'Annunzio has promised the Government not to transgress the armistice frontier, and not to lead any further expeditions.
