PEACE PROTOCOL.
SIGNATURE EXPECTED. GERMANY CANNOT FIGHT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrieht, Received Dec. 12, 7.45 p.m. Paris, Dec. 10. Allied guns and tanks, some cavalry and armored cars, have moved to the outer limit of the armistice zone, but despite Hen- Noske's bluster the Germans' acceptance is expected. Herr Nosko declared: "Germany does not possess the slightest means of resistance. The French can march into Germany. Let them come. The Allied talk about Germany is mere moonshine."
Asked if he* would take steps to prevent guerilla warfare, Herr Noske replied that none would be so foolish as to attempt it.—United Service. THE GERMAN REPLY. SCAPA DEMANDS CONCEDED. Berlin. Dec. 10. Germany's reply to the Entente Notes will probably be dispatched to-morrow. Paris, Dec. 11. The German reply to the Allies conceded the Scapa Mow issue.
