The Controller of Shipping states that unless the "go slow" tactics are abandoned by the Townsville watersiders, all sailings for that port will be suspended. A conference of agents of overseas vessels decided that unless the watersiders abandoned the "go slow" policy they will suspend all work on their vessels. Adelaide, Dee. 10. As the result of the men's "go-slow" policy while loading meat at the Government produce depot, the manager stopped j all work until the men agree to resume at normal speed.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
