A REVOLUTION PLANNED. Sy Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. 10, 10.50 p.m. New York, Dec. 9. The Washington correspondent of the Herald states that Senator Fall lias published documents alleging that Carranza and Mexican Consular and diplomatic agents have been engaged in the distribution of radical literature in the United States for the purpose of stirring up a revolution in order to overthrow the American Government. The New York Sun publishes a telegram sent by Medina (the Mexican Un-der-Secretary for Foreign Affairs) stating that Mr. Jenkins was released on bail furnished by American citizens. —Aua - N.Z.
