PLACE OF HEARING CHANGED. By Telegraph —Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. On November ISth a jury, for the second time, failed to agree on a verdict in the case against James Reynolds Hayne and Norman Neylon on a charge of "using an instrument for illegal purposes, and on the application of the Crown, Judge Sim made an order for a third trial of the accused at the next criminal sittings in February. Last week tho Crown Prosecutor filed a summons for a change of venue of the trial to Wellington, and to-day Mr. Justice Sim made an order for the trial to take place at the next criminal sittings at Wellington,
