The release of Jenkins is not regarded in official circles as setting the general issue with Mexico. There still remains the question of the treatment of Americans. Senators Fall and Hitchcock have submitted to President Wilson evidence of conspiracies and the spread of Bolshevism through Mexican agencies throughout the United States, German agents co-operating. President Wilson has reserved judgment on the evidence.

JENKINS RELEASED. Washington, Dec. 5. The State Department has announced that Mr. Jenkins lias been released.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. NUMBER OF FOREIGNERS KILLED. Washington, Dec. 5. The Senate has received Mr. Lansir.g's report showing that 97 foreigners, exclusive of Americans, have been killed in Mexico since resident Diaz's Overthrow.
