DISTURBED IRELAND.

A REVOLUTION FEARED. By ftlejtaph.—Press Assn.—Copvright. London, Nov. 29. Everyone is ajertly expecting a mild revolutionary outbreak in Ireland. The authorities and. the majority of the people almost .hope that the climax will come boob. Lives will be lost and property destroyed, but the outbreak will mean that the extremists are reach* ing the end of their resources. The authorities have ad doubt that there is a rift in the ranks of Sinn Fein concerning the policy of outrage and murder., The moderates, at the recent meeting oftheDaillrann, denounced the cowardly killing of policemen and the brutalities inflicted on women and old men in connection with the searches for firearms. The Irish Volunteers now form a compact secret society. Four regiments, completely equipped, and officered, exist in Dublin alone* and the strength elsewhere is proportionate. Members and official* of the Dail Irann have been forced to take,- the seditious oath prescribed far the- volunteers. £he authorities believe that Sinn Fein despite the bludgeoning of the moderates is increasingly antagonistic to the Laborites, 'farmers, and small shop-fcupsrs.—Ans/-N.JS.
