AN INGLORIOUS END. «By Telccraph.—Press Assn— Copyright. , Paris, Nov. 30. The Supreme Council has decided that the breaking up of the German warships shall begin immediately and be concluded within two years." One battleship, one light cruiser, and three torpedoers will be given to each of the five principal Allies for retention for experimental and propaganda purposes, while Britain, France, Italy and Japan have agreed to the distribution of the proceeds of the dismantling of the balance among the five principal Allies on the basis of their warship losses during the war. The United States has not yet riven I its decision. ° France proposes that all the enemy I submarines be broken up,, except ten I to be allotted to France, which alone was unable to build submarines during war time.—Reuter.
