THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE. By Telegraph.—Press Association, Napier, Last Night. j The conference of the New Zealand Waterside Workers' Federation resumed this morning. Reports of committees were received, and the President presented the annual report, and gave his opening address. Tlie secretary presented his annual report and balance sheet, and discussion was continued throughout the day. Mr. W. J, Rogers was appointed minute secretary for the conference. I
