ROUMANIA.
ULTIMATUM PROM ALLIES. A REPLY DEMANDED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Paris, Nov. 30. The Allied ultimatum to Roumania emphasises the patience the Allies have shown towards Roumania, and points out that, but for the immense sacrifices by the Allies, Roumania would now be ruined and hopelessly enslaved. It invites Roumania to take the following steps unconditionally: Firstly, to evacuate Hungary entirely, retlrinj; behind the frontiers fixed by the Peace Conference; second!v, to accept" the formation of an inter-allied Commission to deal with Roumanian requisitions ih Hungary, thirdly, to sign the Austrian treaty and the minorities treaty on the conditions in the Supreme Council's Note of October 12. Failing a satisfactory reply bv Decernber Z, the Allies will regretfully break relations with Roumania.—Reuter
