The official Lett bureau states that Latvia has not declared war on Germany, but the Lett-German relations hate been broken, owing to General von Eoerhardt, on instructions from the German Government, asgnming the protection of the troops which are fighting against Latvia, thereby violating the Versailles Treaty., _ _ Shanghai, Nov. 30l Following the revolt at Vladivostoct the Government decided to deport the leader, Colonel Gaida, from Siberia.
