AN EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS. By Telegraph.—Press Inn.— Copyright Received Dec. 4, 1.35 ajn. Copenhagen, Dec. 2. Litvinoff said that the Soviet was prepared to exchange British prisoners and permit British Nationals to depart from Russia if proper provision were made for Russians now abroad, who were cut off by the blockade. Also they wonld be accorded free communication with Eussia, and the Soviet would be permitted to protect the interests of Nationals.—Renter Service.
