WOOLWICH ARSENAL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn Copyrißht. London, Dec. 1. Mr. Llo.yd George visited Woolwich Arsenal' and conferred with experts with a view to developing the arsenal as a railway centre to meet the world's shortage in rolliug stock. Orders have been received for 100 locomotives and 2.500 wagons. It is also proposed to make 6,000 war medals, 10,000 milk cans, telephone apparatus, and coinage.
