The competition for the champion dairy cow was exceptionally keen, and the judges had considerable difficulty in ar- j riving at a decision. The award finally I went to E. McC. Tapp'a (Te Papapa; Te J Papapa Girl, and the reserve champion- | ship to' T. Church's (Te Papapa) Sea Queen. ,
