I . REDEEMING GERMAN NOTES.. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Comrclgfit. Received Dee. 2, 5.5 p.m. Brussels, Nov. 29. An agreement has been concluded between the Belgian and German Governments whereby Germany undertakes to redeem within twenty years German notes to the value of six thousand million marks, issued during tho German occupation, which the Belgian Government has withdrawn from circulation.— Reuter Service.
